Ordering & Delivery

📦 What postage do you use for brownie boxes?
We send our brownie boxes via Royal Mail 1st Class to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. To fit through most UK letterboxes, they are sent as a Large Letter.

🚚 How soon will my order be dispatched?
We aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 1-2 days of receiving payment. If there’s any delay, we’ll contact you to keep you updated.

🌍 Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Unfortunately, no—we are a UK-based company and only ship to UK addresses.

📏 What are the box dimensions?

  • Standard boxes: C5 size (fits through standard UK letterboxes – 254mm x 38mm).
  • Big Selection Box: C4 size.

📩 Can I add a message if I’m sending a gift?
Yes! You can add a message when selecting your brownie box. If you miss that step, you can enter your message at checkout in the ‘Notes’ section—just start your message with “Gift – “ so we know to include it. Forgot to add one? No worries! Just contact us with your order number and message.

📦 I need more details on postage & delivery.

  • Postage is charged per box, unless multiple boxes are being sent to the same UK address. If that’s the case, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll calculate the correct postage cost.
  • For party packs or local delivery (Gloucester & surrounding areas), get in touch so we can arrange the best delivery option for you.

Dietary & Allergy Information

🌾 Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes! We now offer gluten-free brownies and blondies. We take extra care to ensure they are safe for coeliacs by preventing cross-contamination during baking and storage.

We’re also working on vegan & gluten-free options, so stay tuned!

⚠️ I’m ordering for someone with allergies—what should I do?
If you or the recipient has a serious allergy, we recommend not risking it. However, if you’d like to discuss specific allergens, please contact us before placing an order, and we’ll do our best to help!
