What postage do you use to send the brownie boxes?

We send our boxes by Royal Mail 1st class (to make sure that they reach you as soon as possible!). To make sure that it fits through your letterbox we send them as a Large Letter.

How quickly do you send your boxes out after a purchase?

We will prepare and send out your box within 1-2 days following order payment. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you to let you know.

Do you do worldwide postage?

Unfortunately not, we are a UK based company and will only post out to a UK address.

What are the box dimensions?

Our standard boxes are C5 size, and our larger box – the Big Selection Box – is C4 size. Our boxes are designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox (254mmx38mm).

Do you have Gluten-Free options?

We are now able to make gluten-free brownies and blondies! Whilst this is a new venture, we have taken every care to make sure that our gluten-free products are safe for celiacs by ensuring that everything that the products are made and baked in, and stored, have not been exposed to gluten to avoid the risk of cross contamination. We are currently working on making vegan gluten-free brownies and blondies, however these are still a work in progress and will hopefully be available soon for sale.

I'm ordering for someone with allergies...

Our policy is that if you or the person you are ordering for has a serious allergy, it is best not to risk it. However, if you would like to discuss the allergy with us to see if we can cater for your order, please get in touch with us!

I'm sending a box as a gift, how do I add a message to be sent with it?

We have a few options to send a message with your gift, you can add this when selecting your brownie box. Alternatively, please proceed to the checkout – at the bottom of the checkout is an area called ‘Notes’. Please put your message there, starting with ‘Gift -‘. If you’ve missed this part of the checkout, don’t panic – please send us a message through our Contact page and quote your order number followed by the message you would like us to include. Don’t forget to put who the gift is from (unless you want it to be a surprise)!

I need more information on postage and deliveries, tell me more?

Postal charges are per box, unless all boxes are being sent to the same UK address – if you have multiple boxes going to the same address please contact us before placing your order and we will calculate the correct postage cost. For party packs and local delivery (Gloucester and the surrounding areas) please contact us to discuss your delivery requirements.
