Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Wicked Whisk Bakes order!
As our products are perishable food items, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or has arrived damaged.
📦 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We’ll do our best to put things right — whether that’s a replacement, partial refund, or a discount on a future order.
❌ Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

Your item is faulty

Your item has been damaged in transit

You were sent the wrong product
In these cases, we will cover any return or replacement costs.
💳 Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. If it hasn’t appeared after this time:

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for a gift credit or replacement.
If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
